Just under 6 miles Northwest from Stowe Village, Robinson Springs is a very special and prestigious subdivision perched right within the surrounding mountains. Because of the location and the high elevation, the views of Mt. Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak, are magnificent! Although not all home sites have this view, most of the properties in Robinson Springs have incredible mountain vista views. Within the home owner’s association, the Robinson Springs residents also enjoy private facilities including two tennis courts, a natural swimming pond and an in house road and maintenance department that cares for and maintains over 8 miles of roadways within the neighborhood including snow plowing in the winter and grading year-round. The Maintenance department also provides a variety of specialty services to individual homeowners on a fee basis ranging from firewood supply and delivery, snowplowing, to lumbering and site clearing, and minor construction services.

In 1998, the town of Stowe enacted the Ridgeline and Hillside Overly District regulations with its sole purpose to protect the scenic and environmental resources associated with and characterized by high elevations, steep slopes and visual sensitivity. Most of Robinson Spring neighborhood lies within the RHOD district. Development in the community may be subject to these regulations.
